On February 23,2017 at 10:01pm a Sandwich Officer responded to the 500 Block of Duvick for a subject that had Possession of Cannabis. After investigating, the 37 year old Andre E Kelly of the 1100 Block of West Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb was arrested and charged with Possession of Cannabis. Andre was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was given a City Ordinance Ticket and released.
