Andrew S Britton Arrest

On June 19, 2017 at 4:28pm a Sandwich Officer was dispatched to the lobby of the police department in reference to a hit and run accident that occurred earlier in the day. After investigating, 21 year old Andrew S Britton of the 500 Block of Chestnut Street, Earlville was arrested and charged with Leaving the scene of an accident, Operating uninsured vehicle, Failure to reduce speed/accident and Failure to report accident to police authority. Andrew was processed in booking. He was given an I-Bond and given a court date of July 19,2017 at 9:00am at the Sandwich City Court.

Dominick A Poyner Arrest

On June 19, 2017 at 12:40pm a Sandwich Officer spoke to a subject in reference to harassment in the 1100 Block of East Railroad, Sandwich. After investigating 38 year old Dominick A Poyner of the 1100 Block of East Railroad, Sandwich was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Dominick was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was able to post bond and was given a court date of July 19, 2017 at 9:00am at the Sandwich City Court in Sandwich.

Rafael Gonzalez Arrest

On June 15, 2017 at 6:30 am a Sandwich Officer responded to the area of East Church Street and Tara Street, Sandwich for a report of a traffic collision. After investigating, 48 year old Rafael Gonzalez of the 100 Block of North Castle Street, Sandwich was arrested and charged with Driving While License Revoked, Failure to reduce speed, Operating uninsured motor vehicle and a Failure to Appear Warrant out of LaSalle County. Rafael was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was able to post bond and was given a court date of July 6, 2017 at 8:30 am at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville for the driving charges and June 29th, 2017 at 9:00 am at the LaSalle County Courthouse in Ottawa.

Brandon T Johnson Arrest

On June 14, 2017 at 11:15am a Sandwich officer responded to the Sandwich Police Department for a subject in the lobby turning himself in on a Warrant. After investigating, 20 year old Brandon T Johnson of the 200 Block of West Church Street, Sandwich was arrested and charged with a Failure to Appear Warrant for Traffic. Brandon was processed in booking and was able to post bond. He was given a court date of July 13, 2017 at 9:00am at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.

Richard A Stiles Arrest

On June 12, 2017 at 2:52am a Sandwich Officer responded to a report of (2) subjects passed out in a vehicle in the 1100 Block of East Railroad, Sandwich. After investigating 23 year old Richard A Stiles of the 1100 Block of East Railroad, Sandwich was arrested and charged with Obstructing/Resisting a Peace Officer. Richard was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was given an I-Bond and a court date of July 19, 2017 at 9:00am at the Sandwich City Court.

Shannon L Daniels Arrest

On June 12, 2017 at 2:52am a Sandwich Officer responded to a report of (2) subjects passed out in a vehicle in the 1100 Block of East Railroad, Sandwich. After investigating, 30 year old Shannon L Daniels of the 0-100 Block of Gastville Road, Aurora was arrested and charged with a Failure to Appear Warrant. Shannon was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. She posted bond and was given a court date of July 11, 2017 at 9:00am at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.

Mark R Morin Arrest

On June 4, 2017 at 11:55pm a Sandwich Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 Block of East Center Street, Sandwich. The driver 30 year old Mark R Morin of the 1800 Block of Edgelawn Court, Aurora was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Mark was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for booking procedures. He was then transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore to await bond call.
